The weight of the past year has been taking a toll, and feeling depleted has become the new normal. In the current reality where boundaries and structure have become symbols of the past, its necessary to create your own means of inspiration, connection, validation, and self-love.

3 Tips to Filling Up Your Well:

  • Mind - Mindset/Affirmations: Be kind to yourself! Tell yourself you can do it, whatever "it" is. Give yourself loving affirmations that you repeat throughout the day, such as, "I am enough."

  • Body - Sleep/Meditate/Exercise: Do nice things for your body. Take 5 minutes to stretch and do a little yoga. Turn off the tv and meditate, and maybe even go to bed a little earlier.

  • Spirit - Morning Inspiration Ritual: Get inspired. Give yourself a moment to read or listen to a book or podcast that helps you feel connected to something bigger than yourself.

The most important key to filling up your well is making a commitment to yourself to feel and be better. The more you love yourself, the more love you will see in the world around you.
